Warehouse: All orders ship from our German warehouse (Düsseldorf area). EU stock, fast dispatch.
Shipping Destinations: We deliver to all European Union member states. Shipping to non-EU countries is currently not available.
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping: Rates and free-shipping thresholds vary by destination region and are calculated at checkout. You will see the exact shipping cost and any free-shipping threshold before completing your order.
Delivery Times: Order processing takes 1–2 business days. Delivery after dispatch depends on your destination:
- Germany: 1–2 business days (DHL Standard) — free shipping from €30
- EU Central (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia): 3–7 business days — free shipping from €69.99
- EU West (Denmark, France, Italy): 3–7 business days — free shipping from €99.99
- EU South & Atlantic (Bulgaria, Croatia, Ireland, Portugal, Romania, Spain): 4–8 business days — free shipping from €149.99
- EU North & Remote (Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Sweden): 5–10 business days — free shipping from €149.99
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
