A: All EU countries and the United States. Orders ship from our warehouse in Duesseldorf, Germany.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders ship from our German warehouse. Delivery time varies by destination — typically 1–2 business days in Germany, 3–7 business days across the EU.
Q: Are prices inclusive of VAT / will I pay import fees?
A: All prices include German VAT (19%) where applicable. Because we ship from within the EU, there are no extra import duties or customs fees for EU customers.

Q: What materials do you use?
A: Natural sisal rope, solid wood frames, and soft plush platforms. No cheap board that sheds.
Q: Can it handle multiple cats?
A: Many of our models are built for multi-cat households. Check the product description for the recommended number of cats.
Q: How hard is assembly?
A: Tools and illustrated instructions are included. Most customers assemble in 15–40 minutes.
Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return my order?
A: Yes. Under EU law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item, and we add a 30-day voluntary guarantee on top. See our Refund Policy for details.
Q: How do I return a large / heavy item?
A: Email support@sekkoclaw.com and we'll guide you through the return. Unless the item is defective, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
