Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of
receiving your item, without giving any reason. We additionally offer a voluntary
30-day return period. To withdraw, email support@sekkoclaw.com — we will send you
a withdrawal form and return instructions.
Refunds
Once you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including
standard shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we
receive your notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the
returned goods.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item arrived
defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and
packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
